Sarah Jones Yoga
I'm Sarah Jones. My holistic yoga classes focus on deepening self-knowledge and discovering your body. You may awaken to a new sense of well-being through creating space from within and fluid movement. This precise, intelligent approach is not sport or stretching based, it is an enquiry into intuitive movement. I also draw on my skills as a bodywork therapist, bringing an intuitive hands-on element to my teaching. Above all my classes are fun and relaxing for all.
I have been a certified yoga teacher for over 15 years. I am a member of The Yoga Alliance.
I have practised and taught many different styles of yoga over the past 20 years. Yoga can be a lifelong exploration of self-discovery and enquiry but once we step on the mat we are all at the very same place, the start of a very personal journey getting to know ourselves better.
Often what brings people to start yoga in the first place isn't the same thing that keeps them coming back. Just like ourselves, our practice is constantly evolving and changing, and whatever brings you to practice is to be nurtured and respected.
I currently teach yoga at The Yoga Centre on Wednesday mornings at 10am and on Friday evenings at 7pm.
